When you feel full of emotion and remember things that have been done to you or you have done to others with guilt, resentment, pain, jealousy, fear or insecurity, you are holding yourself back. Perhaps you worry about money, your weight and how you look, a lack of confidence, how you come across to others, an insecure relationship, having no relationship, a lack of love, isolation, loss etc. Maybe you compare yourself to others who seem to “have it all” and make yourself feel inadequate!

Did you know we can unconsciously absorb and carry our parents’ problems? We can even react to a partner who is unaware of their own pain or anger by acting it out for them. We carry loneliness, money worries and addictions from our ancestors. We also bring unfinished business in from our own past lives to complete our karma this time. The people we have the most challenges with we have usually known before. It can be quite uncomfortable and we may not even know why. We may also have consistent weight problems or problems with food that just won’t go away.

During this workshop the mystery will be unravelled. In depth information about you will be psychically channelled. This will trigger and eliminate deep rooted emotional blocks locked up inside you. It won’t matter where they come from. It is a gentle but powerful healing process. You will meet with the special soul mates who have agreed to go through this wonderful clearing with you. Your guides, ancestors and guardian angels will also be asked to assist you. You can remain silent during the workshop if you wish or you can talk. Whatever you need on the day will be respected.
